Air Fryer Stuffed Sausage
Brazilian-style stuffed sausage with melted cheese, perfectly cooked in the air fryer. The casing gets crispy while the filling stays gooey. A crowd-pleasing appetizer or main course.
- 4 Italian sausages
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Toothpicks for securing
- Butterfly each sausage lengthwise without cutting through.
- Mix mozzarella, cream cheese, parsley, and garlic powder.
- Stuff each sausage with cheese mixture.
- Secure with toothpicks to hold closed.
- Place in air fryer basket.
- Cook at 380°F for 18 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove toothpicks before serving.
- Serve with chimichurri or mustard.
