Air Fryer Pork Chops
Juicy, tender pork chops with a golden seared crust. Bone-in or boneless, the air fryer produces better pork chops than most pans. The rapid air circulation sears the outside while the gentle even heat keeps the inside perfectly moist. No more dry, tough pork chops.
- 4 bone-in pork chops (1 inch thick)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper
- Bring pork chops to room temperature (20 min out of fridge).
- Pat dry and brush with olive oil.
- Mix all seasonings, rub on both sides generously.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Place chops in single layer (cook in batches if needed).
- Cook 7 minutes per side (14 total for 1-inch thick).
- Internal temp must reach 145°F (USDA safe, still juicy).
- Rest 5 minutes — temperature will rise 5 more degrees.
