Air Fryer Protein-Packed Chicken Breast
Perfectly juicy chicken breast. High protein, low fat, zero carbs.
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
- Lemon wedges
- Pound chicken to even thickness.
- Brush with olive oil, season all over.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Cook 9 min per side.
- Rest 5 min before slicing. Serve with lemon.
